We Donate with Squidoo, Do You?

October 2, 2008

If I promised to give you $2 for a minute of your time, would you agree? (Yes, you get to keep all your clothes on, I’ll still respect you in the morning, and it’s not illegal.) What if that same minute of your time would donate $2 to a worthwhile, nonprofit charity instead of your wallet? Well, Seth Godin recently blogged about a fundraising opportunity going on over at Squidoo. (He also does a mini-rant about Internet etiquette.)

Just visit this site, read the simple rules, and vote for a charity. Squidoo will donate $2 on your behalf. You can only vote once and the fundraising stops once the pot reaches $80,000.

You can make a difference. Instead of watching another YouTube video or checking your email (again), stop over at Squidoo and click on a charity. You know you want to. ;)
