When I start my mornings with quiet time alone with God, it makes a huge difference in my day and my life. I can be centered, focused and keep my head on the important things. When I don't, it's easy to get blown away.

I would take 10 minutes to sit still (eyes opened or closed- what helps you) without distractions. I learned to embrace these times of reflection.
