About Our Rates
If you see a service rate that’s beyond your budget, contact us for a personalized SEO writing quote. Many times, we can accommodate your needs with an altered service or pricing plan.
Terms of Payment and Copyright Details
*Blue Duck Copy requires a 50% deposit at the beginning of the working phase with the balance of payment due on delivery of the final document, unless prior arrangements are made. Project consultations are always provided free of charge.
*Additional requested services and extra charges incurred throughout the working phase of the project will be charged separately, and are payable on delivery of the final document or completion of services.
*Each project is entitled to one revision, if requested. Any further changes beyond the first revision will require an added charge of $15 per 400-500 word document.
*Blue Duck Copy retains complete copyrights until final payment is received. Once all payments have cleared, full copyrights transfer to you, the client.
Current Writing Rates:
To help fight the recession, Blue Duck Copy has reduced service rates!
- 400 word blog posts and 500 word articles are $20.
- Blog posts consisting of 500-800 words are $30 each.
- Each page of website content is $45, with a limit of 350 words per page.
- Sales Copy is $100 per 500 words.
- Requests for website content consisting of 500-1000 words are $65 per page.
- Any document requiring more than ½ hour of research, revisions due to changes in project specifications, or articles over 500 words are $40.
- Any unspecified writing and consultation services are charged by the hour, at $40 per hour.
If your project specification do not fall into any of the above categories, please feel free to contact us for special rates.
Special Packages:
- Blog Management: This package contains everything you need to start and run a successful blog. Included are weekly or daily blog posts, comment moderation and community interaction, and SEO tips unique to your blog. Once weekly posting packages (4-5 posts per month) $100 per month; weekday posting packages (20 posts per month, M-F) $375 per month
- The PR Special: The PR Special is perfect for struggling or new websites. This package provides 2 SEO Press Releases, and 25 linked, non-spam comments posted on relevant-topic blogs to help boost your inbound links. $350
- Website Content in a Box: If you are looking for quality website content, this package is for you. We provide a landing (home) page, an about page, a contact page, and three content pages relevant to your website of your choosing, at 500 words per page, for $250
- Content Booster Packages: Is your website dull, lifeless, dry as a desert ghost-town? Our Content Booster Package is the cure for the boring blog blues. We’ll create a batch of sparkling, interesting, unique articles (Optimized for your website) to help you draw in search engine traffic, decrease your bounce rate, and gratify your readers. The Low-Cal Content Booster contains 5, five-hundred word articles for $100. The Decadent Content Booster Package contains 10, fifteen-hundred work articles for $275.

Blue Duck Copy accepts payments through Pay Pal in US or Canadian funds only. Other payment arrangements can be accommodated upon request, after individual consideration.
